As the founder of Weston Fitness, she built a legacy of premier health clubs and became a trusted name in the Philadelphia fitness community.

Sandy’s charismatic approach landed her as a fitness expert on NBC 10 and a featured trainer on the Discovery Channel’s Health Cops. Her innovative Philly Street Line Dance tackled the city’s health challenges, earning her national recognition. As the first female trainer for the Philadelphia Flyers, Sandy has worked with elite athletes, choreographed routines for the 76ers dance team, and inspired countless individuals to achieve their goals.
